Tempo Tea Bar Beau-Tea Night

 

 On Tuesday this week I went along to Tempo bubble tea bar in the centre of Glasgow to enjoy their "Beau-Tea Night" for a night of tea, manicures, brow treatments, nail art and jewellery. Sounds pretty good right? Here's a post on the fun that was had...

So on Tuesday night I headed into town to catch up with some other fab bloggers to sample the goodies on offer. We all ordered some bubble tea, I went for a delicious milky strawberry and vanilla version whilst the girls opted for a variety of fruity ones. Best of all the bubbles were little bits of fruity goodness which you sick up the big straw and burst in your mouth (sounds weird, but it's delicious) I went for strawberry bubbles in mine. So good!

After looking at some of the fab jewellery by Hello Sailor, and nail decals by DIY Nails I settled down to get some calgel nails by the lovely Swoon Nails

You HAVE to check out the link above to look at all of Swoon Nails work and follow her on Instagram as the designs are amazing and so varied. I am new to calgels  so was curious to see how they would turn out after so many people had recommended them to me. There were lots of glitter choices to go for and I am so indecisive I spent a long time making up my mind... In the end I went for "Bear Brown" A fab sparkly bronze/gold glitter. I was amazed by how fast it dried to a glossy completely dry finish.

So glittery and golden. I love them! Jennifer opted for a shade called "Colourful" which was a gunmetal/silver  shade shot through with lots of different coloured glitter. It looked fab. You can see the lovely Peaches Wax Bar in the background working her magic on the brows of Glasgow. I watched her work and she is amazing, and after seeing it, I have decided I need to get myself involved in some brow fabulousness!

So a great night was had and I have not stopped looking at my sparkly nails since. Or thinking about Bubble Tea for that matter... Thanks for having us guys, we had a brilliant time!
