Philosophy's "The Cookie Exchange"

 I have a confession to make...I am a TERRIBLE Christmas shopper. Well, that's not strictly true, I am actually quite good at shopping for people and enjoy it, but I seem to have this compulsion to pick myself up a little treat whilst I'm at it, y'know just as a little present to myself. Ahem. So here's a post on a little treat I bought last week...


The Cookie Exchange is a Christmas gift from Philosophy. It contains a shower/shampoo and bath gel, body moisturiser and gorgeous lipgloss. I have never used anything from Philosophy before, but have smelt some of their products when browsing in department stores.  Whilst in my local Debanhams recently, I discovered that Philosophy have some really cute Christmas gifts, and they have a gift finder guide on their website here to help you pick the perfect present for someone. Anyway, onto The Cookie Exchange.

 Christmas Cookie is a multi purpose shampoo/bubble bath and shower gel. It smells delicious. Like cake mix, all vanilla-y, creamy and sweet.It feels moisturising and you get a nice lather from it.

The Creamy Frosting is an easily absorbed body lotion which again has a delicious sweet vanilla smell. This is definitely one for fans of sweet creamy cake/bakery type smells. I love them personally as find them really comforting. The only negative I found with the body products in this gift was that thet scent didn't last long on my skin and I wanted it to as I loved the smell of everything.

Sugar Sprinkles is a cute little lipgloss with a fruity smell and flavour.  As a lipgloss fan I really liked this.

Its a lovely pale pink shot through with gorgeous golden glitter, the glitter is tiny so it doesn't feel gritty on application or when it wears off.

The gift costs £22 and is available online or in most department stores. Its lovely as a Christmas gift for someone who loves this type scent and I think the little tin it comes in is really cute. (Or you could just buy it for yourself like I did!) It's definitely spurred me on to try a few more Philosophy products.
