Here's a quick round up of what products I was loving in November...
L-R: Elizabeth Arden 8 hour Cream. I use this nourishing balm on my lips, cuticles, any dry areas of skin and sometimes to add a touch of sheen to my cheekbones or browbones. I prefer the unperfumed version, but this has been a long standing staple in my make up bag.
Rimmel Glam Eyes Mono Shadow in Smokey Quartz this shadow is a lovely neutral shimmery shade, that's reminiscent of MAC's Satin Taupe. It's gorgeous and affordable!
Benefit Moon Beam: A great golden hued highlighter which you only need a tiny amount of to make your face glow.
MAC Lipstick in Girl About Town, this bright blue toned fuchsia lip has been perking up my winter make up during the day and is a nice alternative to a red lip on nights out.
Ciate polish in Velvet Tuxedo, the previous post was a review on this polish which is metallic, grey and glam.
Lastly, I've included the miniature selection of bath and shower oils from Aromatherapy Associates. (Pictured below)
Despite their tiny size the smell you get when you open this box is AMAZING. The oils are so potent and a tiny amount added you your bath water or skin before showering will do exactly what it promises to deliver. My favourite is currently the Deep Relax one as I often have trouble getting to sleep at night. This box is really good as it lets you try all the different oils blends, there are some to relax, and some to revive. I think this would be a great xmas gift for someone who loves their bath and aromatherapy products, and is in need of a bit of luxury and pampering. Check out their website here
Below are swatches of Girl About Town, Smokey Quartz and Moon Beam.
So there you have my make up and beauty favourites for the month of November. What products have you been loving lately?
